Whew!!

I found out that mowing the lawn today gave me about 1,300 calories back (give or take a few) and then walking at the festival tonight gave me back almost 1,000! AWESOME! Which makes up for the junk food we ate at the festival. But it was good. Instead of each of us getting a chicken tender basket... we got a basket of three tenders and split them. Then we split a bag of cotton candy and fried dough.

I am POOPED!

  2. Glad to see that you were able to split some food. Just an FYI though, I caution you on using the calorie counts of whatever site you are using. It tends to be inaccurate. The only way you can calculate the actual calorie burn you did, is by wearing a HRM. I would hate for you to see massive amounts of calories burned and then eat not that great and not see any results on the scale. It happens all too often to people.

    ... I don't really count the calories burned. I add them so I remember that I worked out or did something but I very rarely use them up again. Once I reach my over-all limit I'm done eating for the day. :) I just like seeing how many calories it gives back to me... supposedly. :)
