Conscientious Effort...

1. Ran on the tennis court with the kids for a little bit this morning.
2. Went for a walk after work...

Goal:

1. Five Pounds...

Reward:

1. New Sneakers... :-)

    5 pounds is a heafy goal, but I have faith in you! It takes a LOT of work to lose that in one week. The week I managed it...I logged food and worked out like there was no tomorrow! I haven't been able to do it again, but I saw an idea that suggested you go back and revisit a good week. Once my foot is all healed up, I am going to do that...eat the same things and burn the same number of calories for 1 week and see if the results are the same!

    Good reward...put those sneakers to good use girl!
